HOYER is a world market leader in comprehensive logistics solutions related to the handling and transportation of liquid products for the food, gas, mineral oil and chemical industries. We get goods safely to their destinations – in tank containers, tanker trucks and IBCs – by road, rail and sea.
We are looking for a professional with intermediate experience in export and international operations, who is proactive, analytical and organized. It is essential that the candidate has the ability to work with significant autonomy, performing analytical and operational tasks with quality.

Your Responsibilities:
Act with significant autonomy in the execution and control of import operations using ISO Tank Containers, interacting directly with customers, agents and HOYER's global offices
Review, correct and validate import/export documents with critical analysis, ensuring compliance and deadlines
Monitor and update the tracking of shipowners, ensuring assertive communication with customers
Update internal systems, generate detailed reports and operational documents for the parties involved
Solve operational problems of medium complexity, making agile and efficient decisions, involving the manager only in critical cases or strategic alignment
Register and monitor non-conformities in an organized way in a system, proposing practical solutions aimed at continuous improvement
Request bookings and cargo approval, if applicable
Coordinate internal transportation, monitor processes, and keep customers informed
Prepare and send Bills of Lading to customers and HOYER offices
Request payment from the finance department for freight and local expenses related to imports and exports in ISO Tank Containers

Your Expertise:
Professional experience: Between 2 and 5 years in Foreign Trade, International Logistics or Import/Export
Completed Higher Education (or in progress) in Foreign Trade, International Relations or related areas
Intermediate/Advanced Excel: Mastery of pivot tables, filters, advanced formulas, and ability to create/adjust simple Macros
Intermediate/Advanced Technical English: Understanding of technical documents, communication with international agents and production of objective and clear emails
Analytical capacity: Solving operational problems and presenting process improvements
Organization and planning: Manage tasks and deadlines efficiently, with an analytical view and prioritization of demands
Ability to work under pressure: Stand out in an environment where assertive and results-oriented performance is required

Benefits:
Fixed Salary, compatible with the market, to be negotiated
Food Voucher = R$300.00/month / Meal Voucher = R$41.00/day
Transportation Voucher, according to CLT

Private pension, contribution of 100% of the maximum salary of 5%
