Job Title: Senior Insurance Analyst

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Insurance Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for conducting, maintaining and reviewing operational processes, supporting the expansion of our Insurance area.

Your Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conduct, maintain and review operational processes;
- Participate in working groups to develop products and technological solutions, as well as reorganizing BackOffice activities, focusing on Issuance, Renewals, Collection, Claims and customer service;

Your Profile:
- Degree in Business Administration, Economics or related areas;
- Excellent communication and leadership skills;
- Experience in insurance, especially damage (agricultural equipment is a plus);
- Process and project management;
- Advanced Office package (knowledge of data is a plus);
- Knowledge of the Teleport system;
- Advanced English;
