Responsibilities:

Coach, manage, and develop the next generation of sales leaders Drives sales team performance by directly managing Digital Inside Sales sellers and setting KPI targets Sales funnel experienceConduct group and individual sales meetings on a regular cadence Implement effective sales and messaging strategies for each team member by creating individualized performance plans to support their continued success Provide input to Sales and Program leadership, sharing market trends and customer feedback to drive future sales Generate weekly data analysis and reporting Owns team performance against sales targets; implements sales execution process Advanced sales management leadership experienceExtensive sales reporting experience and knowledgeGeneral knowledge and ability to implement sales methodologies.Strong operational process accomplishmentDesign and develop sales execution processInterface directly with client and sales leaders as required

Requirements and Qualifications:

Over 10 years of experience in Sales Operations ManagementOver 5 years of experience in Digital Marketing & Ads OperationsExperience in sales through marketing agenciesLeadership and management of Sales teamsEffective Pipeline management, operations control, opportunity creation, and portfolio coverageManagement of teams of opportunity hunters (Partner Managers) and Farmers (Account Managers)Experience in Client-Facing roles to collaborate with the contracting clientSkilled in weekly results reporting and presentationSkilled in creating structured Action Plans with milestones and tracking indicatorsResilience to work under the pressure of a sales operationTeam development profile, whether for REPs or Sales Managers (Team Leaders)High disciplineStrategic management, ability to understand contexts and redirect the team towards results based on dataGoal-orientedSkills and expertise in AnalyticsExperience with CRM tools such as Salesforce, Tableau, etc.Fluent in English
