We are looking for a Domain Architect Networking , who wants to learn and transform their career, in a CLT contract, hybrid , in the city of São Paulo. In this role you will: The Domain Architect – Networking will play an essential role in the design, governance and evolution of the network architectures that support the digital, industrial and corporate operations of Brasil and Canada. He will be responsible for the strategic planning, specification, integration and optimization of corporate communication platforms: SD-WAN, LAN/WAN, OT/IT industrial networks, Wi-Fi, underground networks, data centers, cloud integration, 5 G, satellite and edge for mining. Its mission is to ensure robustness, availability, performance, security, and scalability – enabling automation, digitalization, advanced analytics, industrial Io T, and support for key critical environments. He will work directly with global IT, Operations, Security, and Engineering teams, supporting multicultural and multifunctional environment. Main Responsibilities Lead the design, documentation and evolution of enterprise, industrial and mission-critical network architectures for global, underground, remote, mobile/Io T and cloud/hybrid operations. Specify patterns, high and low complexity diagrams (logical view, physical, topology, VLAN, routing, SDN), considering redundancy, availability, performance, and resiliency. Evaluate, select and supervise deployment of emerging technologies: SD-WAN, SDN, Zero Trust, private 5 G, mesh networks, VPNs, segmentation of OT/IT networks in a mining environment. Define and ensure compliance with global security standards (ISO 27001, NIST, LGPD, PIPEDA), encryption policies, access control, vulnerability mitigation, and incident response. Lead network integration projects between Brazil, Canada, industrial areas/mines, offices, plants and data centers, enabling high connectivity, performance and security. Orchestrate processes of technological update, equipment replacement, configuration automation and network monitoring, including SRE, observability, Service Mesh. Create and maintain detailed documentation: diagrams, flows, contingency plans, playbooks, usage policies, governance, and technical templates. Direct interface with Engineering, Operations, Security, Dev Ops, Industrial Automation teams, global architecture teams and strategic suppliers. Monitor, optimize and evolve the communication infrastructure, aiming at maximum efficiency, Io T support, industrial analytics, autonomous mine operation and compliance. Support the development of strategic projects (mining 4.0, edge computing, digital twins, cloud/industrial integration, ESG) and train internal teams. Requirements and Competencies Essential Requirements (Hard Skills) Bachelor's degree in Network Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science or related. Minimum of 8 years of solid experience as a network architect, working in critical industrial, enterprise/global, multinational and mining/resources environments. Mastery of the main protocols, architectures and standards: TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF/EIGRP, IPv6, DNS/DHCP, VLAN/VRF, MPLS, Wi-Fi, SD-WAN, 5 G/Edge, SASE, Zero Trust, OT/IT Convergence. Real experience with Cisco (Switching, Routing, SD-WAN, SDA), Juniper, Arista, Palo Alto, Fortinet, Rockwell/Siemens industrial solutions, cloud networking platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP). Practical interface with complex environments: underground/mining, industrial networks, industrial environments 4.0, cloud integration, high availability, disaster recovery. Experience in network automation (Ansible, Terraform, Python, scripts), advanced monitoring (SNMP, Net Flow, SRE Observability). Excellence in documentation, technical design, governance support, multi-platform integration and international performance with remote teams. Fluent English (essential), advanced Portuguese as a differential for Brazil-Canada integration. Differentials / Nice to Have: Certificações: CCNP/CCIE, AWS/Azure/GCP Advanced Networking, CISSP, VMware NSX, ITIL Expert, TOGAF. Experience in greenfield/brownfield projects, integration of industrial networks/Io T, edge/mesh/satellite, mine digitalization. Experience with underground networks, mining-specific wireless solutions, industrial OT/IT environments, SRE/observability on a global scale. Participation in technical forums, publications, international events, benchmarks, leadership in strategic projects from or large mining companies. Ability to work in different time zones, multi-site environments and multicultural teams. Expected Skills & Deliverables, Impact: Robust and secure reference architecture for all Brazil and Canada network environments, including integration, automation, performance and high availability. Execution of strategic projects for technological evolution, digitalization, automation, analytics and ESG, supporting business results. Dissemination of best practices, technical painting of the teams involved, development of governance policies and global operation. Active performance in innovation, benchmarking and implementation of new technologies that support the group's digital and operational transformation. Ensuring compliance, operational resilience, risk mitigation and increasing efficiency for operations.
