Join SHEIN and be the futureABOUT THE ROLE Key Responsibilities Monitoring multiple CCTV screens and alarm systems simultaneously; Identifying, investigating, and reporting security breaches or suspicious activities; Regularly inspecting and performing maintenance checks on the surveillance equipment; Recording and storing all the footage captured by the cameras Communicating with law enforcement, security personnel, or building managers when needed Complying with data protection laws regarding the use and storage of CCTV footage Training other stay on the operation of the CCTV system if required Writing daily logs and incident reports Follow protocols for maintaining the security of the CCTV control room and its facilities Conduct regular checks and routine maintenance of CCTV equipment Report any suspicious activities to the security personnel and make necessary records Assist law enforcement authorities in investigations and operations Ensure data privacy is respected and maintained at all times Respond to emergency situations quickly and follow emergency procedures Carry out any other duties as required by managementRequirements Proven work experience as a CCTV Operator or relevant role Knowledge of CCTV and Access Control systems and operations (Digifort, Avigilon, Hiccentral, Nexcode) Familiarity with public safety and security procedures/protocols Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions Highly vigilant and detail-oriented Good communication skills Ability to sit for long periods of time High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
