ABOUT SHEIN SHEIN is a global online fashion and lifestyle retailer, offering SHEIN branded apparel and products from global network of vendors, all at affordable prices.Headquartered in Singapore, SHEIN remains committed to making the beauty of fashion accessible to all, promoting its industry-leading, on demand production methodology, for a smarter, future-ready industry.Founded in ****, SHEIN has more than 16,000 employees operating from offices around the world, and continues to expand operations globally.Join SHEIN and be the futureABOUT THE ROLEKey ResponsibilitiesMonitoring multiple CCTV screens and alarm systems simultaneously;Identifying, investigating, and reporting security breaches or suspicious activities;Regularly inspecting and performing maintenance checks on the surveillance equipment;Recording and storing all the footage captured by the camerasCommunicating with law enforcement, security personnel, or building managers when neededComplying with data protection laws regarding the use and storage of CCTV footageTraining other stay on the operation of the CCTV system if requiredWriting daily logs and incident reportsFollow protocols for maintaining the security of the CCTV control room and its facilitiesConduct regular checks and routine maintenance of CCTV equipmentReport any suspicious activities to the security personnel and make necessary recordsAssist law enforcement authorities in investigations and operationsEnsure data privacy is respected and maintained at all timesRespond to emergency situations quickly and follow emergency proceduresCarry out any other duties as required by managementRequirementsProven work experience as a CCTV Operator or relevant roleKnowledge of CCTV and Access Control systems and operations (Digifort, Avigilon,Hiccentral, Nexcode)Familiarity with public safety and security procedures/protocolsAbility to work under pressure and make quick decisionsHighly vigilant and detail-orientedGood communication skillsAbility to sit for long periods of timeHigh school diploma or equivalent is preferred
