Responsibilities:Draft general corporate documents, including incorporations, amendments, minutes, and other related corporate documents;Work on M&A transactions, with active participation in due diligence, drafting, and negotiating all agreements involved in a deal;Assist in corporate planning, including governance analysis and implementation, succession planning, and corporate reorganizations;Attend meetingsand manage communication with clients and third parties;Monitor corporate filings and registrations with the relevant authorities.Requirements: Law degree (at least six years since graduation);Previous experience in M&A transactions;Advanced/FluentEnglish;Postgraduate degree will be considered an asset.Benefits: Competitive salary Health insurance Dental insurance Life insurance Fitness reimbursement Parking or transportation allowance Professional development plan BonusWork Model: Hybrid: 4 days in-office and 1 day remote.
