Job Description We are seeking a Corporate Lawyer to provide legal expertise across our global operations. The role involves implementing a service-oriented approach with specialization in different areas, supporting colleagues during absences, and managing intercompany, shareholder, board, and authority documents. Responsibilities: Draft, review, and revise corporate documents, legal opinions, and international agreements ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Liaise and negotiate with authorities, management, and intermediaries. Provide business-oriented legal advice with clear recommendations and timelines. Ensure legal compliance across jurisdictions and proactively manage risks. Develop and document procedures. Monitor legal risks and communicate concerns. Perform other duties to support legal and business objectives. Qualifications: Master’s degree in Law. At least 3 years of experience in an international environment. Strong knowledge of Corporate, Business, Contract, IP, Tax Law, and Data Protection regulations. Experience drafting and reviewing corporate documents at an international level. Experience working with intermediaries and authorities. Proactive approach to process improvement and risk management. Advanced command of legal English.
