We are seeking a corporate lawyer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for: Drafting general corporate documents, including incorporations, amendments, minutes, and other related corporate documents; Working on M&A transactions, with active participation in due diligence, drafting, and negotiating all agreements involved in a deal; Assisting in corporate planning, including governance analysis and implementation, succession planning, and corporate reorganizations; Attending meetings and managing communication with clients and third parties; Monitoring corporate filings and registrations with the relevant authorities. Requirements: Law degree (at least six years since graduation); Previous experience in M&A transactions; Postgraduate degree will be considered an asset.
