Responsibilities:
- Draft general corporate documents, including incorporations, amendments, minutes, and other related corporate documents;
- Work on M&A transactions, with active participation in due diligence, drafting, and negotiating all agreements involved in a deal;
- Assist in corporate planning, including governance analysis and implementation, succession planning, and corporate reorganizations;
- Attend meetings and manage communication with clients and third parties;
- Monitor corporate filings and registrations with the relevant authorities.
Requirements:
- Law degree (at least six years since graduation);
- Previous experience in M&A transactions;
- Advanced/Fluent English;
- Postgraduate degree will be considered an asset.
