ABOUT THE ROLE

Arrises's Junior Counsel Brasil assists the Latam hub's legal department in providing corporate legal services such as commercial consulting, contract drafting and risk assessment throughout all Latam's operations. This is a junior position reporting to Latam's legal manager.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

  • Drafting all types of tech-based agreements and legal documents (License of IP, SaaS, software provision, NDA's etc.)
  • Following up on multi-national regulation and staying abreast with upcoming norms in Latam.
  • Aiding with local regulatory authorities for the development of a live casino studio
  • Assisting in building a scalable foundation for Brazil's live casino studio including developing templates, processes, dealing with custom agencies, employees, etc.
  • Maintaining record of local and global policies and procedures and uphold them internally.

WHAT WE ASK OF YOU

  • Licensed lawyer in Brazil, holding a valid professional card to practise law.
  • Full professional proficiency in English (C2 level).
  • Goal-oriented with a strong drive for excellence.
  • Enjoy working in fast-paced, technology-driven environments.
  • Ability to adapt to multinational and multicultural legal work.
