Central to this is our people. We need to hire the right people, into the right roles, at the right time.

We are looking for a legal professional with 3–5 years of in-house experience who is looking for a long-term opportunity in a dynamic, global environment. Based in Brazil, you will work on legal matters that span multiple jurisdictions, engaging with teams across different regions. The core of the role focuses on commercial contracts with both clients and suppliers, but the scope may evolve to include broader legal areas depending on your experience and interests.

What will you be doing?Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts with international clients and vendorsProvide practical legal advice to internal stakeholders across business functions and geographiesCollaborate with colleagues in Europe, the US, and other regions to ensure consistent legal standards and contract processesManage legal queries related to contract terms, risk, and complianceSupport local legal needs in Brazil as required, including corporate governance, regulatory filings, or employment law mattersContribute to legal initiatives in areas such as data protection, insurance, and compliance, depending on experienceHelp refine legal processes and documentation as we grow and expand our global footprintYou need to be this kind of person:Meticulous and process driven and focused on resultsExcellent communication skillsOrganised, proactive with a positive can-do attitudeAbility to be a self-starter but also be a team playerAbility to demonstrate our values: Customer commitment, Creativity, Collaboration & DeterminationYou need to have the following:Law degree and bar qualification in Brazil3–5 years of legal experience, including at least some in-house workStrong experience handling commercial contracts and advising business stakeholdersExcellent written and spoken English, with confidence communicating across cultures and functionsComfortable working on cross-border matters and juggling varied legal topicsProactive and mature approach to work, with high attention to detailEnthusiastic about being part of a small, supportive team with a long-term mindsetNice to Have:Experience in marketing, technology, or digital servicesKnowledge of data protection, insurance, or international compliance frameworksFamiliarity with legal operations or process improvementBenefits
