Field service coordinator

Share People Hub, in partnership with Siemens, is looking for a Field Service Coordinator to work in a hybrid model in Jundiaí/SP. Position Challenges | Key Responsibilities:Coordinate the After-Sales Analysts/Engineers team as well as the field team, fostering their skills development;Provide technical support to customers, clarifying their inquiries;Maintain service excellence, setting goals, monitoring and evaluating received service requests against provided solutions, and tracking customer satisfaction surveys for each completed service;Seek continuous process improvement by reviewing Installation, Assembly, and Commissioning Instructions whenever necessary;Ensure effective field issue resolution, coordinating analysis and diagnosis of equipment failures and making necessary decisions to minimize warranty costs;Keep the team technically up to date by identifying training needs and planning sessions in Brazil or abroad;Critically analyze equipment failures to determine whether the service falls within the warranty policy or needs to be forwarded to the TLM area;Continuously seek cost optimization, analyzing processes, types of executed services, suppliers, and related costs to take actions that reduce expenses and increase profitability;Ensure the assembly schedule deadlines are met, tracking progress, identifying and analyzing potentially critical situations, and taking necessary actions with the team or service providers to meet timeline and budget expectations. Required Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering;Advanced/Fluent English;Specific knowledge of Medium Voltage Protection and Control Systems;Experience in people management. Preferred Qualifications:Experience in After-Sales;Knowledge of Siemens Portfolio - SIPROTEC 5/Reyrolle.
