We’re Hiring – Project Manager / Business Analyst (Production Support & Enhancement) Location:Nearshore – Brazil (Remote) Employment Type:Full-time Experience:5+ yearsAbout the Role We are seeking an experiencedProject Manager / Business Analystto leadproduction support and enhancement initiativesfor enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience coordinating Agile processes, managing releases, gathering business requirements, and providing subject matter expertise inWorkday configuration . This role requires excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills, as well as the ability to collaborate across technical and business teams. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and leadrelease activities , including planning, tracking, and stakeholder communication. FacilitateAgile ceremoniessuch as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and prioritization meetings. Prepare and presentstatus reports, dashboards, and executive presentations . Manageproject and resource planningactivities to ensure on-time and quality delivery. Performbusiness analysis— gather, document, and validate business and functional requirements. Conductdata analysisto identify issues, trends, and opportunities for improvement. Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to ensure smooth deployment of enhancements and fixes. Act as aWorkday configuration SME , supporting system changes and ensuring alignment with business needs. Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.Requirements 5+ yearsof experience as aProject Manager, Business Analyst, or similar rolein IT or enterprise systems. Proven experience managingproduction support and enhancementprojects. Strong understanding ofAgile methodologiesand project delivery frameworks. Hands-on experience inWorkday configuration(HCM or Financial modules preferred). Excellentdata analysisanddocumentationskills. Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Fluent inEnglish(written and spoken); Portuguese or Spanish is a plus. Experience working withdistributed or nearshore teamspreferred.
