About the Role

As the Partnerships & Content Team Leader youll play a crucial role in achieving our partnerships sales targets and delivering exceptional service. Youll lead a team of inside sales agents focusing on performance improvement and operational excellence.

What youll be doing:

  • Team Leadership: Guide coach and mentor the inside sales team to meet and exceed targets.
  • Operational Management: Oversee daily operations optimize workflows and ensure adherence to standards.
  • Data Quality: Maintain high data quality standards within our CRM system (D365).
  • Partner Relations: Develop and maintain strong partnerships negotiating new contracts and managing existing relationships.

  • Proven experience leading inside sales teams in a dynamic environment
  • Strong coaching and mentorship skills
  • Excellent performance management abilities
  • Proficiency in English both written and spoken
  • Effective time management and prioritization skills
