About the Job
The Fitness and Gymnastics Team Leader will be responsible for coordinating, organizing, planning, monitoring, controlling, and creating activities to efficiently develop all activities in the sections. This includes managing registrations in activities, addressing the demands of members, including registrations, waiting lists, attendance, reports, and audits.

- Experience in managing fitness and/or gymnastics programs or similar environments;

- Familiarity with industry best practices and standards;
- Proficiency in using technology to support business operations.
Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary, estimated to be R$ 8,500 - 12,000 per month, depending on qualifications and experience. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including medical insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional development.
