Overview of the role:


The Senior Data Privacy & Compliance Specialist position involves leading data protection initiatives and ensuring regulatory compliance across the organization. This role focuses on developing privacy frameworks, conducting assessments, and guiding teams in implementing best practices for data handling while maintaining compliance with global privacy regulations.


Key responsibilities:


- Developing and implementing data privacy policies and compliance frameworks.

- Conducting privacy impact assessments and risk evaluations.

- Ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.

- Leading data breach response and incident management procedures.

- Providing guidance and training on privacy best practices to teams.

- Monitoring and reporting on compliance metrics and regulatory changes.


Requirements:


- Compliance Experience: 4+ years in data privacy, compliance, or related roles.

- Regulatory Knowledge: Strong understanding of data protection regulations and frameworks.

- Assessment Expertise: Experience with privacy assessment tools and methodologies.

- Security Understanding: Knowledge of information security principles and practices.

- Communication Skills: Excellent analytical and communication abilities.

- Language Skills: Advanced level of English.
