Marketing coordinator

As a Marketing Coordinator at MC1, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our marketing efforts to drive brand awareness, thought leadership, lead generation, and customer engagement. You will collaborate closely with the marketing and other teams to execute campaigns, manage projects, and contribute to the overall success of our marketing initiatives focused on achieving business goals.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Campaign Execution: Assist in the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns including email, social media, content marketing, webinars, and events. Work closely with the sales teams to plan, execute and monitor lead generation campaigns.
- Content development: develop compelling content for various channels such as blog posts, social media updates, email newsletters, and website updates to attract and engage our target audience.
- Digital Marketing Support: Assist in the development and implementation of digital marketing strategies.
- Social Media Management: Maintain and grow our social media presence across platforms. Create andation: Support the planning and logistics for virtual and in-person events including webinars, conferences, and trade shows. Coordinate materials, logistics, and follow-up activities.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, product, human resources, and customer success to align marketing initiatives with overall business objectives.
- Competitive and market intelligence: Leverage market and competitive intelligence insights to build resources for the marketing strategies, for clients, and for various departments across the organization.
- Analytics and Reporting: Assist in tracking marketing analytics, preparing performance reports to the Marketing Manager, identifying areas for optimization and improvement. schedule posts, monitor engagement, and interact with our community.
EDUCATION AND SKILLS
- Bachelor s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Fluent in English.
- Fluent in Spanish is a plus.
EXPERIENCE
- Proven experience (3-5 years) in marketing, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership role, preferably within a SaaS or technology company.
- Experience in working for Consumer Goods Company is a plus.
