Job Title: Senior Expert in Rider Quality Score Operations As a Senior Expert in Rider Quality Score Operations, you will play a key role in optimizing the quality score calculation model to enhance its fairness and effectiveness. Key Responsibilities: Continuously optimize the quality score calculation model based on business development and rider feedback. Analyze quality score-related data to identify key factors influencing rider delivery quality. Design and execute diverse rider incentive strategies based on the score system. Work closely with cross-functional departments to promote the development and optimization of quality score system-related functions. Monitor the operation of the quality score system and address potential risks such as malicious score manipulation and cheating. Requirements: Bachelor's degree or above in statistics, mathematics, computer science, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in data analysis or operations with expertise in food delivery, e-commerce, or logistics industries. Familiarity with data analysis tools such as SQL, strong data processing and analysis skills. Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills, ability to identify problems from complex data and propose solutions. Excellent communication and coordination skills, ability to collaborate effectively with different departments. In-depth understanding of the rider ecosystem and delivery business, ability to think from the rider's perspective. Ability to work under pressure and execute tasks in a rapidly changing environment. Nice to Have: Experience in operating similar systems, such as health scores or credit scores. Familiarity with data analysis methods such as A/B testing and user profiling. Project management experience is a plus.
