Proficiência em linguagens front-end como HTML, CSS, JavaScript e frameworks modernos como React JS. Familiaridade com bancos de dados relacionais e ferramentas de ORM (Object-Relational Mapping). Capacidade de trabalhar de forma independente e em equipe, em um ambiente ágil e orientado a resultados. Excelentes habilidades de comunicação verbal e escrita, com capacidade para interagir eficazmente com diferentes stakeholders. Diferenciais: Experiência prévia no setor de serviços financeiros ou em empresas de tecnologia financeira.
