A Asenium Brasil procura um Analista de Suporte SAP Pleno N2 para atuar em ambiente dinâmico e desafiador, garantindo a continuidade e eficiência dos processos logísticos e de vendas.
Descrição da Vaga
O profissional será responsável por prestar suporte funcional de segundo nível (N2) nos módulos SAP SD, TM e EWM, com foco em identificar, analisar e solucionar incidentes e melhorias em processos de negócios relacionados à cadeia logística e operações de varejo.
Responsabilidades
Atuar no suporte funcional SAP (nível 2) para os módulos SD, TM e EWM;
Analisar incidentes e propor soluções corretivas e preventivas;
Interagir com áreas técnicas e de negócios para resolução de chamados e melhorias;
Contribuir paraa documentação e padronização de processos;
Apoiar iniciativas de otimização e inovação nos fluxos logísticos e de vendas. Requisitos
Experiência prévia em suporte funcional SAP (SD, TM, EWM);
Vivência no segmento de varejo (imprescindível);
Boa capacidade de análise funcional e entendimento de processos logísticos e de transporte;
Disponibilidadepara início imediato;
Perfil colaborativo, comunicativo e orientado à resolução de problemas. O que oferecemos
