iHunters is partnering with a leading global iGaming company, operating in 19 markets with over 2,700 employees worldwide, to hire a Tax Manager for their growing operation in Brazil.

This is a unique opportunity for professionals looking to work in a highly dynamic, international, and regulated environment, with the chance to directly influence the growth and structuring of the Brazilian operation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the main point of contact for all tax-related matters in Brazil, ensuring full compliance with local tax regulations, especially within the gaming and online betting sector.
  • Develop and implement tax strategies aligned with corporate guidelines and Brazilian legislation.
  • Monitor tax and regulatory changes, assess risks and opportunities, and implement required updates to processes and policies.
  • Manage and review the calculation of direct and indirect taxes, including preparation and submission of tax obligations.
  • Support tax audits, inspections, and interactions with regulatory bodies.
  • Collaborate closely with local and international teams, including Finance, Treasury, Legal, and Regulatory Affairs, providing tax advisory support to business stakeholders.
  • Drive the development and improvement of tax processes, with a focus on automation, efficiency, and risk mitigation.
  • Represent the company in key tax discussions internally and externally.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Law, Business, Economics, or related fields (Postgraduate/Masters degree is a plus).
  • Solid experience in tax management, with deep knowledge of Brazilian direct and indirect taxes, as well as tax compliance processes.
  • Strong understanding of the regulatory environment, ideally with experience in digital businesses, technology, fintech, or gaming sectors.
  • Previous experience in multinational environments or large corporations, preferably with international reporting lines.
  • Fluent English (both written and spoken) mandatory.
  • Hands-on profile, strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ownership mindset.
  • Ability to thrive in dynamic environments, with a sense of urgency and excellent interpersonal skills.
