We are looking for an experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to drive key automation and infrastructure management initiatives. You will play a crucial role in building and maintaining scalable, reliable environments using advanced scripting and infrastructure automation tools. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to improve continuous integration, deployment processes, and infrastructure management through automation.


This role is ideal for candidates with deep expertise in Python, PowerShell, Terraform, Chef, and CI/CD tools who are FLUENT IN ENGLISH and have strong communication skills, as all documentation and communication will be conducted in English.


Key Responsibilities

  • Advanced Scripting: Leverage your proficiency in Python and PowerShell to automate system processes and enhance infrastructure management.
  • Configuration Management: Use your expertise with Chef to automate deployments and configurations, ensuring consistency across multiple environments.
  • Source Control: Manage code repositories using Git, ensuring adherence to best practices in version control and collaboration.
  • Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Develop and manage infrastructure using Terraform, focusing on automation, scalability, and security.
  • CI/CD Pipeline Management: Work with tools like Azure CI, Jenkins, and GitLab CI to optimize continuous integration and delivery workflows.
  • Collaborate with teams to identify automation opportunities and drive process improvements to increase overall team productivity.


Required Competencies

  • Scripting Expertise: Advanced experience with Python and PowerShell for automating complex tasks.
  • Configuration Management: Proven track record using Chef for managing configurations and deployments.
  • Version Control Mastery: Extensive experience with Git for managing source code in large-scale environments.
  • Terraform Experience: Strong hands-on experience with Terraform for managing infrastructure as code.
  • CI/CD Tools: Proficiency with Azure CI, Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar tools for managing continuous integration and deployment processes.


Nice to Have

  • Experience with VMware virtualization technologies.
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office365 cloud services.
