About role

This role focuses on ensuring operational compliance, safety, and efficiency by monitoring processes, leading teams, driving continuous improvement, and maintaining quality standards in a distribution center environment

Responsibilities
  • Ensure that operational and safety procedures are complied with;
  • Evaluating employee productivity and taking action when necessary to guarantee it, as well as publishing the results periodically;
  • Ensuring that 5S standards are maintained in the operational and administrative environment;
  • Reporting accidents and incidents in accordance with the safety process, carrying out investigations when necessary;
  • Monitoring inventory accuracy on a weekly basis using the ILA and Internal Breakdown indicators;
  • Train, develop and motivate the team in all functions, seeking to ensure that employees are multifunctional;
  • Participating in and leading various projects in the operations area and other áreas;
  • Interacting with support áreas; Disclosure to the team and monitoring of the company's key figures (KPIs).
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics or similar;
  • Experience in managing Distribution Centers and in Inventory and Quality operational routines;
  • Knowledge of SQL, 5S, lean manufacturing, PDCA, stock movement by entry date or expiry date, Kanban and management of products controlled by Anvisa is desirable;
  • Availability to work in Guarulhos, in the state of São Paulo.
