ABOUT ROLE
This role focuses on ensuring operational compliance, safety, and efficiency by monitoring processes, leading teams, driving continuous improvement, and maintaining quality standards in a distribution center environment
Responsibilities
- Ensure that operational and safety procedures are complied with;
- Evaluating employee productivity and taking action when necessary to guarantee it, as well as publishing the results periodically;
- Ensuring that 5S standards are maintained in the operational and administrative environment;
- Reporting accidents and incidents in accordance with the safety process, carrying out investigations when necessary;
- Monitoring inventory accuracy on a weekly basis using the ILA and Internal Breakdown indicators;
- Train, develop and motivate the team in all functions, seeking to ensure that employees are multifunctional;
- Participating in and leading various projects in the operations area and other áreas;
- Interacting with support áreas; Disclosure to the team and monitoring of the company's key figures (KPIs).
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics or similar;
- Experience in managing Distribution Centers and in Inventory and Quality operational routines;
- Knowledge of SQL, 5S, lean manufacturing, PDCA, stock movement by entry date or expiry date, Kanban and management of products controlled by Anvisa is desirable;
- Availability to work in Guarulhos, in the state of São Paulo.
