Exception Handling Specialist

Evaluating employee productivity and taking action when necessary to guarantee it, as well as publishing the results periodically;
Ensuring that 5S standards are maintained in the operational and administrative environment;
Reporting accidents andincidents in accordance with the safety process, carrying out investigations when necessary;
Monitoring inventory accuracy on a weekly basis using the ILA and Internal Breakdown indicators;
Train, develop and motivate the team in all functions, seeking to ensure that employees are multifunctional;
Participating in and leading various projects in the operations area and other áreas;
Interacting with support áreas;
Disclosure to the teamand monitoring of the company's key figures (KPIs).QualificationsBachelor's degree or above in Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics or similar;
Experience in managing Distribution Centers and in Inventory and Quality operational routines;
Knowledge of SQL, 5S, lean manufacturing, PDCA, stock movement by entry date or expiry date, Kanban and management of products controlled by Anvisa is desirable;
Availability towork in Guarulhos, in the state of São Paulo.
