Job Requirements
We're seeking a proactive and communicative professional with strong interpersonal skills, fluency in English (spoken and written), and a genuine interest in head hunting, people operations, and administrative work.
Must-Haves: Fluency in English; Residency in Florianópolis – SC; Interest in Head Hunting, people operations, and administrative work; Strong interpersonal skills.
Nice-to-Haves: Prior experience with administrative or service-related tasks; Familiarity with Excel or spreadsheets; Experience in fast-paced environments or startups; International exposure; Undergraduate degree.
