Job Title: Lawyer Development SpecialistWe are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Lawyer Development Specialist. As a key member of our Legal and Integrity Department, you will participate in our specialized learning program aimed at developing the skills and knowledge necessary for a successful legal career within a global organization.You will be exposed to a variety of legal matters and projects, with opportunities to be involved in local, regional, and global initiatives. Your role will involve assisting in the implementation of regional strategy, ensuring full compliance with Group directives and local legal regulations.You will work closely with the Regional Head of SAM and assist in providing legal advice and counseling to management across a broad range of legal issues or within a specialist area.Key Responsibilities:
  • Assisting in the development and implementation of legal strategies.
  • Conducting legal research and preparing legal documents.
  • SUPporting contract review and negotiation.
  • Participating in the development of local and group legal and integrity directives.
  • Managing and communicating with external service providers.
  • Participating in various local, regional, and global projects within the department.
Requirements:
  • Graduate degree in law.
  • 0-2 years of experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to be agile and keen to learn.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong interest in technology and process improvement.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of integrity and ethical standards.
  • Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required.
