Join SHEIN and be the futureABOUT ROLEThis role focuses on ensuring operational compliance, safety, and efficiency by monitoring processes, leading teams, driving continuous improvement, and maintaining quality standards in a distribution center environmentResponsibilitiesEnsure that operational and safety procedures are complied with;Evaluating employee productivity and taking action when necessary to guarantee it, as well as publishing the results periodically;Ensuring that 5S standards are maintained in the operational and administrative environment;Reporting accidents and incidents in accordance with the safety process, carrying out investigations when necessary;Monitoring inventory accuracy on a weekly basis using the ILA and Internal Breakdown indicators;Train, develop and motivate the team in all functions, seeking to ensure that employees are multifunctional;Participating in and leading various projects in the operations area and other áreas;Interacting with support áreas; Disclosure to the team and monitoring of the company's key figures (KPIs).
QualificationsBachelor's degree or above in Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics or similar;Experience in managing Distribution Centers and in Inventory and Quality operational routines;Knowledge of SQL, 5S, lean manufacturing, PDCA, stock movement by entry date or expiry date, Kanban and management of products controlled by Anvisa is desirable;Availability to work in Guarulhos, in the state of São Paulo.
