Responsibilities

  • Conduct hands-on product immersion, analyze product features and performance, integrate retail sales insights to identify selling points.
  • Develop practical product training materials and promoter sales tools to enhance retail performance.
  • Responsible for new product training initiatives to ensure nationwide effective implementation.
  • Manage social media training accounts (TikTok & Instagram), regularly create and publish product/sales skill short videos.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in product/sales training.
  • Advanced English is mandatory.
  • Working proficiency in Chinese is desirable.
  • Passion for sales and technology.
  • Enthusiasm for training, willingness to travel within Brazil, and ability to work under pressure.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, video editing, and related tools.
