Solution Architect - Contracting Technologies

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the design, development, and implementation of Contracting solutions on the Salesforce platform, focusing on CLM.
  2. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  3. Develop and maintain architectural blueprints aligned with business goals and technology standards.
  4. Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
  5. Conduct solution architecture reviews and ensure adherence to best practices.
  6. Integrate Salesforce-based Contracting applications with other enterprise systems and third-party applications.
  7. Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and trends in Contracting technologies.
  8. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Contracting solutions on Salesforce.
  9. Mentor and train junior team members on Salesforce and Contracting best practices.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience as a Solution Architect with expertise in Salesforce and Contracting technologies, including CLM.
  3. In-depth knowledge of the Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
  4. Strong understanding of Contracting processes and best practices.
  5. Experience with Salesforce integration tools and techniques (e.g., REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft).
  6. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
  7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
  8. Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, Salesforce Certified Application Architect) are advantageous.

Additional Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee architecture needs for TPA, AMA, MyCDA, CLM, and DocuSign.
  2. Serve as the chief technology expert for these applications.
