The Cloud People, a growing ServiceNow Lifecycle Partner in Europe, the US, and Brazil, is looking for ServiceNow Developers to join our team in Brazil.

Responsibilities:
  1. Assist in developing ServiceNow solutions while following best practices.
  2. Work with clients to understand technical issues.
  3. Offer creative ideas to solve business challenges.
  4. Support the design, development, testing, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions.
  5. Contribute to the services we offer at The Cloud People.
  6. Communicate technical information to different audiences.
  7. Help with writing clear documentation.
Qualifications & Skills:
  1. Some experience (1+ years) in ServiceNow project implementation.
  2. Possess strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  3. Good understanding of the ServiceNow platform, development, and best practices.
  4. ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification required.
  5. Familiarity with JavaScript and web services (REST, SOAP), XML, and JSON.
  6. Experience or familiarity with Agile and Scrum is a plus.
Requirements:
  1. Fluent English and Portuguese.
  2. Ability to work on GMT-1 (CET).
