Job Description:

Develop innovative ServiceNow solutions while adhering to industry best practices. Collaborate closely with clients to identify and resolve technical challenges, providing effective solutions to complex business problems.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • At least 1 year of experience in ServiceNow project implementation
  • Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Thorough understanding of the ServiceNow platform, including development and best practices
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is mandatory
  • Familiarity with JavaScript, web services (REST, SOAP), XML, and JSON
  • Experience or familiarity with Agile and Scrum is beneficial
Necessary Requirements:
  • Fluent English and Portuguese language skills
  • Able to work on GMT-1 timezone
