We are seeking a Last Mile Payments Coordinator for our Brazil Transportation team. The Payment and Dispute Coordinator will manage all payments to EDSPs (External Delivery Service Providers), including handling payment disputes, ensuring a seamless payment experience for our partners. Continuous operational improvement is a key part of this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage payments to EDSPs and resolve payment disputes
  • Own the last mile partners' payment experience
  • Monitor and improve payment performance metrics
  • Collaborate with Procurement to adjust node costs
  • Engage with internal and external teams
  • Ensure compliance with global payment process standards
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, including benchmarking with other regions
Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Administration, Operations, or related fields
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, formulas, pivot tables, macros)
  • Experience with P&L analysis
  • Fluent in Portuguese and proficient in English writing
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in Logistics and Transportation
