Key Responsibilities:
  1. Implement company processes and systems.
  2. Execute sales strategies and annual plans to meet sales and profit targets.
  3. Develop markets by executing regional plans, promoting the company and products, and expanding customer base.
  4. Maintain customer relationships through visits, communication, and addressing needs and complaints.
  5. Coordinate with technical, R&D, and production teams to support customer requirements and improve satisfaction.
  6. Manage sales expenses according to budget regulations.
  7. Establish cross-departmental communication for effective information sharing.
  8. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
Qualifications:
  • BSc in Biochemical, Bioengineering, or related fields, with at least 5 years in the enzyme industry.
  • Knowledge of company products, services, and operations.
  • Good sales etiquette, understanding customer psychology, and effective sales skills.
  • Customer-oriented thinking and strong sales abilities.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and responsibility skills.
  • High enthusiasm, teamwork, resilience, and quick learning ability.
