Hub is a multimodal data lab for physical AI, based in San Francisco and backed by Y Combinator. Robots learn from real human demonstration, and our field operation in Brazil is where a big part of that data starts.
We're looking for a Field Ops Manager who leads from the street, not from a phone at the office.
What you'll own
- Lead the field team in person, at the businesses that record with us
- Run your team with agents you build yourself: reading group chats, flagging sites that went quiet, prepping daily priorities
- Deploy new recording equipment at partner businesses, from setup to the first verified recordings
- Run the team on data: your own dashboards, read daily, turned into decisions
- Grow and train the team so every new member performs in week one
Who you are
- 5+ years in field operations, ideally at delivery, mobility, marketplace or payments companies
- You've led field teams in person and owned a partner base
- Data-fluent: advanced Sheets/Excel, SQL, Looker or Power BI, without waiting for an analyst
- An agentic operator, not AI curious: you've built agents or automations and run real work through them. Tokenmaxxing is how you work
