RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Focus on analyzing and solving global tickets (Service Requests, Change Requests, Incidents) that appear within the global SAP O2C Environment (sales processes)
  • Provide advice to business departments on business processes, identifying and implementing opportunities for optimization in O2C processes, as well as preparing the corresponding technical design for the development team.
  • Manage internal and cross-departmental projects (partial or complete), providing technical guidance and management of project members.
  • Actively participate in the design of roll-out plans and their successful international implementation.
  • Take over basic customization tasks.
  • Work independently on developing, enhancing, and identifying automation opportunities (SAP, Microsoft Power Automate, and similar technologies).
  • Work directly with customers to understand their business needs, develop solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up to date with the latest SAP releases and technologies and pursue professional development opportunities.
  • Work in a multicultural and international environment, being part of an agile team.
  • When necessary, take over the provider management of external suppliers.

REQUIREMENTS

  • At least 7-10 years working experience within the SAP-Modul SD, preferably within the chemical industry.
  • Additional knowledge in PP, FICO, MM, QM, and Intercompany would be a benefit.
  • Experience working in an agile environment.
  • Excellent in written and spoken English is a must. Other languages would be a benefit.
  • Working hour flexibility is a must, due to the international working environment.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, team spirit, and enjoyment in solving complex tasks.
  • Strong analytical - goal and result-driven skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and a keen perception.
