  • 根据一套已商定的工作流程,主导业务流程图和维持高效工作,包括工作方法和方式、研讨会主持以及维护适当的业务流程和企业范围内的需求,以支持更广泛的议程变更。
  • 就政策和程序的解释和适用提供专家指导,解决复杂或有争议的问题,使其他人能够采取适当行动。
  • 通过访问、文件分析、研讨会和工作流程分析等各种方法识别业务需求,从而根据目标用户角色和目标阐述需求。
  • 记录关于"现状"或关于"未来"待处理的文件,描述迁移到"将来"功能所需的更改,以准确记录所需更改。
