Job Summary

We are looking for a Linux Infrastructure Senior Specialist to work in critical and high-performance environments, focusing on infrastructure support for critical environments and projects, including Artificial Intelligence.

Responsibilities

• Administering Linux environments (RHEL, CentOS, Ubuntu, and Suse), ensuring high availability and performance
• Supporting the infrastructure that serves AI and Machine Learning workloads, including configuring environments with GPU support (NVIDIA, CUDA)
• Working with advanced troubleshooting, performance analysis, and second and third level technical support
• Collaborate with global teams, participating in meetings and technical deliveries in English
• Carry out root cause analysis of incidents
• Producing documentation related to the environment (RCA, KBs, and others)
• Acting on incidents relating to their specialty to standardize the environment
• Acting on requests relating to their specialty to meet customer demands
• Planning changes to implement corrections, migrations, and improvements
• Implement corrections, migrations, and improvements based on a change plan
• Collecting information on managed environments to meet internal demands
• Producing and updating documentation related to the client's production environment
• Carrying out operation, maintenance, and documentation of customer equipment with a management product (Managed Services) in accordance with the policy
• Identifying opportunities for improvement and new business opportunities
• Carrying out careful analysis of the production environment to propose improvements
• Providing telephone support to clients for communications related to Incidents, Requests, and the preparation of changes
• Supporting first-level service teams with technical guidance or escalating demands
• Participating in the planning and implementation of HPC solutions, software integration, and system administration for new clients

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Linux system administration in mission-critical environments with experience in HPC or AI
• Experience with AI workload environments, including storage integration and troubleshooting (SAN, etc.)
• Experience with NGFW appliances from manufacturers such as Fortinet, Juniper, Cisco, Checkpoint, and Sophos
• Advanced English (oral and written communication)
• Experience with Schedulers such as SLURM, LSF, PBS, etc.
• Knowledge of Kubernetes and/or Docker
• N2 and N3 service experience, working cross-country
• Experience in troubleshooting connectivity incidents using testing tools
• Availability of working hours
