Job Opportunity

The ideal candidate will have experience in technical support and infrastructure management within a call center environment. We are seeking an expert who can ensure smooth operations, resolve incidents efficiently, and maintain high-performance systems.

  • Technical Support: Provide Level 1 and 2 technical assistance to operators and supervisors, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
  • Dialer Systems Management: Oversee autodialers, URA, and CRM systems to guarantee seamless operations.
  • Network Maintenance and Administration: Maintain local network and IT infrastructure with focus on performance, security, and availability.
  • Troubleshooting and Analysis: Monitor and analyze technical indicators to prevent failures and improve services.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in call center environments
  • Knowledge of telephony systems, including automatic dialers, PABX, and VoIP technology
  • Basic understanding of networks (TCP/IP, cabling, switches) and Windows server administration
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills
