Requirements- English proficiency (spoken and written)
- Living in Florianópolis – SC
- Interest in Head Hunting, people operations, and administrative work
- Strong communication skills
- Previous experience with administrative or service-related tasks
- Familiarity with Excel or spreadsheets
- Experience in fast-paced environments or startups
- International experience
- Undergraduate degree
