We're seeking an Administrative Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced legal environment within a cutting-edge company. Responsibilities:
  • Manage and update internal records and legal documentation in compliance systems.
  • Support the registration, organization, and archiving of legal documents and reports.
  • Assist in responding to official requests, notifications, and legal inquiries under supervision.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely documentation processing.
  • Utilize AI tools and automation platforms to streamline workflows.
  • Participate in training to understand legal operations and fintech regulations.
  • Maintain confidentiality and comply with legal and regulatory standards.
Qualifications:
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Interest in technology, automation, and AI-driven workflows.
  • Proficiency with digital tools such as Google Workspace and familiarity with tech platforms.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate in a fast-paced environment.
  • Curiosity and willingness to learn about fintech, compliance, and legal processes.
  • Fluent in English.
Nice to Have:
  • Experience with low-code/no-code automation tools or willingness to learn.
  • Interest in legal operations, compliance, or fintech topics.
