Sr. Account Executive

What You'll Do
  • Serve as a strategic focal point to multinational companies across Latin America.
  • Coordinate and manage regional insurance programs and local policy implementations.
  • Collaborate with teams across multiple countries to ensure unified service delivery.
  • Analyze client data to identify risk trends, optimize insurance solutions, and provide customized reports.
  • Proactively address client concerns, resolve issues, and drive continuous process improvement.
  • Engage with senior stakeholders and regional leaders to develop long-term client relationships.

Skills And Experience That Will Lead To Success
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Insurance, or a related field.
  • Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).
  • Proven experience in insurance, account management, or client-facing roles (preferably with multinational clients).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate client data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
