Remote – Latin America

PlektonLabs is hiring a hands-on MuleSoft Architect / Senior Engineer to join our global delivery team. You'll design and implement complex integration solutions for top US and Canadian enterprises, working fully remote from Latin America.

What You'll Do

  • Architect and deliver MuleSoft-based integration and platform solutions.
  • Build, deploy, and scale APIs in MuleSoft (RTF/CloudHub/Anypoint).
  • Leverage Java for advanced development/customization.
  • Deploy and manage runtimes on Kubernetes (K8s) and RTF.
  • Collaborate directly with client stakeholders and mentor teams.

What We're Looking For

  • 15+ years of software development experience.
  • 4+ years of MuleSoft experience (API-led, DataWeave, Anypoint Platform).
  • Strong Java and Kubernetes expertise.
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
  • Based in Latin America, able to work Central Time Zone hours.

Nice to Have

  • MuleSoft certifications (Architect/Developer).
  • Cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP) and DevOps experience.
