You will be playing a key role in supporting GreenMile solutions to customers both domestically and internationally, as well as supporting the implementation team in their software implementation project.
Key areas of responsibility will include:
- Answering support calls, emails, and texts from GreenMile, and work diligently to identify and reproduce potential software issues and present solutions to these issues.
- Log all calls and emails in GreenMile's customer support system. Keep system accurate and updated with all customer requests.
- Assist in reviewing current technical support materials such as user guides, new improvements and fixes and propose/implement changes.
- Assist in assessing customer's use of our technology and propose improvements.
- Participate in technical support internal meetings as well as customer meetings.
Skills and experience required:
- 1-2 years experience in a similar field
- Strong MS Office skills- Word, Outlook, Excel, SharePoint
- Technical aptitude to learn and apply new applications and software programs and understanding of statistical analysis.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
- Intermediate verbal and written communication skills in English
- Ability to work independently and partner effectively with others to achieve desired business results.
- Willingness to learn new skills and work in a fast paced, frequently changing environment
- Domain of Android environments on various devices;
- Knowledge in Oracle SQL, AWS, Azure cloud

Salary Range:$4,000 to $4,800 Reales "Compensation information provided is a good faith estimate for this position only. Factors that may be used to determine your actual salary may include your specific skills as well as the years of experience you have. Similar positions located in different geographic regions will not necessarily receive the same compensation."
