Responsibilities
  • Oversee the transformation of procure-to-pay and accounts payable processes to enhance transparency and control
  • Manage travel and entertainment operations, ensuring cost visibility and policy adherence
  • Ensure compliance with US GAAP across accounting flows for internal entities
  • Streamline financial close cycles and audit processes while promoting continuous improvement
  • Utilize technology solutions to elevate user experience and governance in financial operations
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in building and scaling finance operations in fast-paced, technology-driven environments
  • Strong understanding of workflow technology, including P2P platforms and automation tools
  • Ability to balance strategic vision with operational execution
  • Experience in leading high-trust, high-performance teams
  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (CPA or equivalent preferred)
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in a technology startup or similar high-change organization
  • Familiarity with expense management stacks and data stewardship practices
  • Demonstrated global leadership in Accounts Payable and Shared Services operations
