Senior Manager, Finance

Strategic Thought Partnering: Work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to align on key business goals, helping guide strategic decisions with data-driven insights. Partner with General Manager in complex operational questions and collaborate cross-functionally to uncover the most optimal data-driven business decisions and investments

Financial Reporting & Planning: Own the P&L of Japan market. Lead the financial reporting, forecasting, and planning efforts, ensuring accuracy and alignment with overall company objectives.

Investment & Capital Allocation: Drive recommendations around investment opportunities and capital allocation to maximize returns, improve efficiency, and drive growth.

Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor business performance, identifying trends and insights that can improve decision-making and operational efficiency.

Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate financial insights and recommendations to a wide range of stakeholders, ensuring they understand the financial implications of strategic decisions.

6+ years of experience in Strategic Finance, Corporate Finance, Investment Banking, or Consulting at a high-growth technology startup or well-established company

Advanced modeling skills; ability to translate complex and dynamic operational drivers into financial models.

A strong communicator, able to translate complex financial data into actionable insights for non-financial stakeholders.

Proactive and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects while ensuring precision and accuracy.

Proven success in project management, operational execution and performance management.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
