Impulsa tu carrera como Marketing Automation Specialist y forma parte de un equipo de transformación digital en una de las compañías de consumo masivo más importantes a nivel global.

Nuestro cliente se encuentra en pleno proceso de evolución digital, apostando a la automatización, la personalización y el uso estratégico de los datos para mejorar la experiencia del usuario y optimizar el rendimiento de las campañas.

En este proyecto vas a trabajar en un entorno colaborativo, ágil y con foco en la innovación. Serás responsable de diseñar journeys, automatizar interacciones y generar impacto real en millones de usuarios a través de herramientas como Salesforce Marketing Cloud y tecnologías complementarias.

Te sumarás a un equipo multidisciplinario donde vas a colaborar con Product Managers, especialistas digitales y equipos de tecnología para implementar flujos de automatización, segmentar audiencias, optimizar campañas y analizar resultados.

Stack tecnológico y habilidades requeridas:

  • Experiencia en Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) y herramientas de CRM.
  • Conocimiento de SQL e integraciones mediante API.
  • Experiencia en email marketing, automatización de journeys y campañas de retargeting/winback.
  • Manejo de herramientas de analítica digital como Google Analytics.
  • Familiaridad con A/B Testing y análisis de performance (open rate, CTR, conversiones).
  • Experiencia trabajando con metodologías ágiles (Scrum, OKRs, Kanban).
  • Inglés intermedio a avanzado.

Modalidad de trabajo:

Híbrido, con presencialidad 1 vez por semana en oficinas ubicadas en Núñez (CABA).
