Performance Marketing Strategist

A performance marketing specialist is needed to drive significant growth and optimise our marketing budget across paid digital channels.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a comprehensive performance marketing strategy, including SEM, SEO, and other paid media channels.
- Continuously optimise marketing channels to maximise ROI, focusing on user acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention for both B2C and B2B audiences.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts and drive business growth.
- Track performance metrics, identify trends, and inform decisions across all performance marketing activities.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- 5+ years of experience in performance marketing with a track record of driving growth and ROI in both B2C and B2B contexts.
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads, Reddit Ads, Quora Ads, TikTok Ads, YouTube Ads, CTV/OTT Ads, Remarketing/Retargeting, Shopify Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and related tools such as CRM/marketing automation.
- Experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimisation, and testing platforms.
- Excellent communication and organisation in a remote setting.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace (Excel/Google Sheets).
- Experience with project or workload management systems.
- Fully remote work.
