Responsibilities
  • Upload market data to different risk management systems
  • Perform reconciliations against market sources
  • Perform control reconciliations to verify trading positions through front, middle, and back office reconciliations
  • Investigate and resolve queries from settlements and confirmations
  • Produce management statistics
  • Complete operations projects and ad hoc requests for new initiatives and system implementations
Requirements
  • Strong logical/analytical mindset, ability to challenge the status quo
  • Process flow understanding and system linkage comprehension
  • Previous experience in finance operations preferred
  • Availability to work from 10 am to 8 pm
  • Excellent communication skills
  • VBA skills are a plus
  • BA or BS degree preferred, preferably in Economics or Industrial Engineering
